This time, Rubina shared a bunch of photos and opened up about feeling uncomfortable and losing confidence due to her weight gain after her recovery from COVID-19. As many know, she had tested positive for the novel Coronavirus and was quarantined at her home in Shimla.
In her caption, she also mentioned that she is learning to love herself again and reminded everyone to be kind to their body. Sharing her mesmerising photos, Rubina wrote in the caption, "M learning to love myself again after realising, a perfect, lean body doesn't define who I am. I gained 7kgs post my covid recovery which made me really uncomfortable and low on confidence! Struggled hard to get back to my usual 50 but..."
"So here is to my beautiful people a lil nugget (which I am currently practicing) Weight is all about having your health first and not your looks.. Be kind to your body (heart emoji)," she added.Rubina's husband, actor Abhinav Shukla dropped a comment saying, "Ok ma'am! I have put on 7 kgs just eating parathas!" Jaan Kumar Sanu commented on the post, "I've put on 5 kgs eating pizza @rubinadilaik." On the work front, Rubina is set to make her big screen debut soon. A couple of days ago, she shared the poster of her upcoming film, Ardh and revealed that she has started shooting for the film. Sharing the poster, she wrote, "New Beginnings". The movie is helmed by Palash Muchhal and also stars Hiten Tejwani and Rajpal Yadav.
